Concept:

• You play a drug dealing cartel and an supervisor in the DEA.

• A global map that contains trade routes/supply chain for your cartel.
• Locations of middlemen and low level runners, etc...
• DEA operatives

Goal: Your goal as DEA is to bust the other opponents cartels while keeping yours intact.
