The idea here is to see a staff as a sort of space where by each "particle" (or note) has a probability wave that can occur once it's "observed" (played).

Imagine you have a note that gives 60% probability of being a C, a 20% probability of E and 10% F and 10% A#.

Let's also imagine that there's a length probability.

Now let the program evolve with different "particles" playing along as the time line moves and "observes" the particle.

You could map the probability wave onto the notes as a score, and it would look like blurry wave paintings, but as you hit the "play button" the "wave would collapse" and the possibility of things would become actualities.
