Zany Guy

Zany Guy is a comic character who evolved from humble origins in a badly written story/drawn comic in 7th grade (and rudiments of him were drawn as early as 5th grade).

He has huge spiky hair, a Z on his chest and a cape.

His eyes are bugged out. He has a permagrin. Why?

Because of his origins:

Zany guy was conceived at Woodstock in 1969. His parents both consumed the Brown Acid. This altered Zany Guy's chromosomes (and yes, this is fiction, I know LSD doesn't fuck up DNA like that) and made him a permatrip mutant.

But his powers come from the ability to psychically influence the real world. If you saw the world through his eyes, it's all cartoonish and deranged. But it's the normal world. He has the ability to manipulate reality with his mind and hallucinate.

The first issue of the comic I thought would look like blotter art for the cover.

He would be shown to be coming out of a freezer (accidentally stuck in suspended isolation while investigating a murder in a swampy shack, or something like that). He was stuck there for years and now exists in the FUTURE (R).

He has a "toilet warp" which he uses to teleport anywhere in the world.
